Right Door Mirror and Holder

Step 15.1

Press the pin of the Right Side Mirror into the matching hole of the Mirror Holder, as shown.

This is just a press-fit and does not require any screws:

Steps 15.2-15.3

Remove the Mirror Sticker from the backing paper and apply it to the center of the Right Side Mirror.

Using a pair of tweezers here will really help get this nice and centered:

Step 15.4

Fit the tab of this Mirror Holder into the matching slot on top of the Right Door.

Be sure this mirror is facing the correct way, as shown:

Step 15.5

Secure the Mirror Holder to the Right Door from the inside with one (1) DS06 screw.

This is your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:

NOTE: The images of the doors in the magazine are incorrect. These two lower posts do not exist on our Eleanor version of this build. We have been told this error as a graphic mistake and to ignore them:

Step 15.6

Fit the pin and post of the Right Door Handle into the matching holes on the Right Door, as shown:

Step 15.7

Secure the Right Door Handle to the Right Door from the inside with one (1) PS04 screw:

Thoughts

Like the other door, this one also has the chrome lock cylinder and lower stripes already pre-installed. Keep this assembly nearby as we will add more to it in the next kit.
