Front Wheel Housings
Step 43.1
Retrieve your Chassis assembly from the previous kit. Fit the Front Left Wheel Housing to this location on the Middle Chassis, as shown:
Steps 43.2-43.3
Secure the Front Left Wheel Housing to the Middle Chassis with two (2) DS02 screws.
This is your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:
Step 43.4
In the same way, fit the Front Right Wheel Housing to this opposite location on the Middle Chassis, as shown:

Secure the Front Right Wheel Housing to the Middle Chassis with two (2) DS02 screws:
Thoughts
These Wheel Housings are the rear panels of the fender liners. They will rarely been seen, but do be careful turning the Chassis upside down for the next few kits. When the Chassis is upside down, it will sit on these housing panels and they can be easily broken. I recommend supporting the front end of the Chassis on something so these panels are not damaged.
