Main Body Shell

Step 91.1

Fit the four posts of the Front Fender assembly into the matching holes of the Main Body Shell.

Underneath each Fender, there are two posts at the rear corner:

The posts fit into these matching holes of the Main Body Shell on each side:

Begin fitting one Fender to the Body, making sure it seats fully. If necessary, you may need to clear out any molding debris from the holes:

Seat the other Fender into the Body in the same way:

Step 91.2

While holding these two large assemblies together, turn them over and place them on a soft surface. Begin to secure them together with one (1) DS02 screw at this right-side location:

Step 91.3

Continue to secure the Front Fenders into place with one (1) more DS02 screw in the opposite hole on the left side:

Steps 91.4-91.5

Finish securing the Front Fenders to the Body Shell with two (2) more DS02 screws, as shown:

Thoughts

Wow, is this Main Body Shell heavy and absolutely beautiful. I can’t stop staring at it! I thought the stripes might have been stickers, but they are painted on, I love it. We also have a great feel of how big our completed Eleanor is going to be!
